These Terms govern your access to and use of guttrack.app and related services ("Service") operated by GutTrack / Sylvain Costes ("we", "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

User Accounts & Alpha Access

Alpha access is invite/waitlist only. You must provide accurate info (email). We may suspend/terminate access for violations.

User Content & Photos

You retain ownership of photos/symptoms you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to process/store/analyze for Service improvement (anonymized where possible).

Prohibited Use

• No reverse-engineering the AI
• No harmful/misleading content
• No commercial resale

GutTrack is not a medical device or substitute for professional advice. Outputs are AI estimates only—not diagnoses. Consult a doctor for health concerns.

Limitation of Liability

Service provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect/consequential damages. Max liability limited to fees paid (if any).

Changes to Terms

We may update Terms. Continued use = acceptance.

Governing Law

France (or your jurisdiction if mandatory consumer laws apply).
